Kevin A. Sunn – Attorney

Kevin A. Sunn has an established legal practice concentrating in estate planning, probate, trust administration and business law, and is an experienced counselor providing legal advice to business and individual clients on a broad range of topics for more than 12 years.

Mr. Sunn is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he majored in Accounting and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.  He went on to receive his Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston Clear Lake.  In 1998, Mr. Sunn received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and was licensed to practice law in Texas in November of the same year.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Sunn worked as a tax accountant with Simonton & Kutac, preparing individual, business, trust and estate tax returns.  This experience has been invaluable in better serving his business and estate planning clients.  He started his legal career as an Associate with Gary A. Nagler & Associates, P.L.L.C, practicing ERISA law and retirement planning.  Mr. Sunn started his own law practice in 2000 in Galleria area of Houston, specializing in estate planning, probate and estate administration, trust administration, and business planning.  He relocated his main office to the Friendswood/Clear Lake Area in April 2007 to be closer to home.  On July 1, 2012, he moved his office to downtown Houston to better serve all of Greater Houston, including Pearland, Pasadena, Baytown, Clear Lake, Conroe, Deer Park, Friendswood, Galveston, League City, Missouri City, Sugarland, The Woodlands, Alvin, Bellaire, Humble, Katy, Kingwood, Webster, West University Place, Harris County, Brazoria County, Fort Bend County, Galveston County, Liberty County, Montgomery County, Texas.

In addition to being board certified in estate planning and probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Sunn is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Galveston County Bar Association and local Chambers of Commerce.  He has also been an active member in Wealth Counsel since July 2008, which is a collaborative network of estate planning attorneys throughout the 50 states.

Dianne Adams – Office Manager, Paralegal

Dianne Adams joined the firm in March 2009.

Ms. Adams was born and raised in Diboll, Texas, and is a graduate of Diboll High School.  Following graduation, she joined the United States Marine Corps where she proudly served from 1980-1986.  She was stationed at Marine Barracks, 8th and I, Washington, D.C.

Outside the office, Ms. Adams is married and a mother of two.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, riding motorcycles and watching NHRA Drag Races.
